"The 1840 Guest House is very quiet."

"It’s a nice suite that’s well stocked with what you need to be comfortable. It’s a quiet area with plenty to do. We loved walking through the area and exploring. My only observation is that the Sunrise Suite is very aptly named as it is bright even with the curtains. There’s a skylight over the pullout bed that doesn’t close. If you like lots of sunshine, you will love it! Finally, the owner is thoughtful, flexible, and helpful."

"As advertised, the homw has a lovely fenced yard with lots of activities available. It is an older home that is freshly remodelled. Our biggest problem was the entrance doors. Front has no door knob and electronic key was off and on and hard to work and back entrance the knob is too close to the frame and door is sticky so scraped knuckles was a danger."
