"Property exterior was quite run down-also had dilapidated farm building attached. The interior does not match the exterior at all. We only found out a week before we travelled that there was a hire charge of 20 euro per room for bedding for stays of 7 days or less, had to pay 60 euro more on arrival for our 7 night stay . This is omitted from property details, I think this charge is outrageous. On positive note- the defective oven was replaced in 2 days and Pierre`s wine is excellent."

"Modern house with most of the needed facilities. Pool and deck are nice, maybe lacking a bit of shade. Airconditioning (in bedrooms) would be a great addition, although it turned out that at night there were not a lot of mosquitos (they were there during the day though). In the neighbourhood is a panna field, where the kids could play. Beach was nice (not to busy in high season), as was the city of Beziers. Vegatable garden was good, with plenty to eat from it. "The housing was very clean and really fully equipped. The village is a charming enchanted "lost place", but lovely restored. It's pretty far from everything and that's good point! Sure you need to drive 15 minutes by car to reach the next pharmacy, grocery store and to drop your garbage. But you are in the pure nature! Stress and daily live ate also far far away. Perfect fornature lovers!"

"We can only say that we really enjoyed our stay. We had our little 10 months old baby with us and the neighbors who were taking care of the property let us check-in very early. So understanding and kind. We weren't able to access the wifi which we didn't really need. Cooking equipment as well as laundry facilities are excellent. The villa is quiet and cool in the summer. "Everything about this property is lovely. It is nicely decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences. We were visiting family and didn't have to cook any meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We will have to come again when the weather is warmer to use the pool and enjoy the garden.
