"Our 17 and 18 year old daughters took their first long road trip to Boise. We reserved this hotel ahead of time specifically knowing they would be safe and have a positive experience. When checking in, my 18 year old was roughly told they couldn’t check in because she isn’t 21. I had no idea 21 was the minimum age. We called to ask for an exemption because of the situation and they said they couldn’t do that. So my daughters drove around to different hotels asking if they would accept them. They did find one thankfully. But it was an extremely stressful situation for this mama being a two day drive away from them and not knowing if they were going to be safe. On top of it all, we were refused a refund and ended up paying for a night we weren’t allowed to use. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth for this hotel. "

"This time the bed was a bit lumpy, and the hot tub only had 3 working jets, but the staff is friendly enough and the breakfast is decent"

"Spacious and comfortable room. Bathroom had a night light which was convenient for those of us who need to get up at night. Breakfast was adequate with the usual assortment of hot and cold items. Motel is conveniently located near a ton of restaurants, etc. Staff was very friendly and provided a printed list and map of nearby restaurants and stores."
