The hotel is very comfortable and within walking distance of the historical sites. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful with extra pillows and blankets. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Overall this place is a good value.
Amazing 2 story apartment with double bath. Incredibly comfortable and private. A perfect place to rest weary bones after much walking around Mérida. We wish we stayed longer than 2 days.
Nice, big and quiet room. Friendly staff with lots of good recommendations for where to eat. Our bathroom sink faucet was faulty and they had a small sign in Spanish that mentioned that but we didn’t see our thought anything of it when we checked in. We woke up in the middle of the night and there was water all over the bathroom floor because of the leak from the faucet that was dripping on the counter. I hope they fix it instead of placing a note for the hotel guests to watch out for it.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Parking is about 300 yds away, although you can unload your suitcases in a tight spot in front of the building just before the hotel. The rooms don’t have phone service to front desk. Only one trash can in bathroom, none in the room.
We had a very good experience here. The hotel is perfectly sited to see many of the Roman ruins and the famous Roman-era bridge.

This property is very close to the Temple of Diana and a short walk to the other Roman antiquity sites, dining and the Roman bridge.
Our room was tired and not as clean as it should be. The lights were unstable and the shower mechanisms are faulty. The biggest negative was the smell. When we arrived the room smelled of bleach but on each return from a day out the room smelled like a sewer. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from and had to leave the windows open to freshen the air. Be prepared for parking anxiety if arriving or leaving at a busy time. There are two small spots located around a tight corner for luggage pickup and drop off on a very busy narrow street. The staff does not help with luggage.
Overall a great location but as far as condition and value for money it does not hit the mark.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, during check-in, they told me that due to new regulations, they needed to know if the person accompanying me was my wife or not. Later, in the room, after using the jacuzzi, we couldn't shower because the shower wasn't working. We found the place strange and unsafe.
