"Good value for money, free parking is great, location is good if you have a car. Hotel room was as expected, the cost of breakfast and use of Spa facilities is extra and a little bit on the expensive side (which is why we did not make use of this). The sound proofing in the rooms is not great, you can hear the noise from the corridor everytime a door is shut or people walk past the room. Beds were comfortable and the room was well maintained. Overall would recommend the hotel based on the location and price point."

Wish the savory options for breakfast were more numerous but I enjoyed the pastries and sweets spread. "Very nice hotel on the Lago Maggiore in Verbania! Staff was super kind to find the right room for my mother that is 82 and has mobility issues ! The area is very nice calm with many restaurants and cafe around . Great location of the hotel and from there you can also take the little ferries to visit all the Lake’s Town and little islands !"
