"My kids and I were locked out of the pool room when we went out to use the hot tub because it requires a key card to get back in, but we were in bathing suits. We were locked outside in our bathing suits for half an hour until my son climbed the deck and got help from someone in the restaurant because staff didnt give him access back into the pool room. Also, the couch with a fold out mattress in our suite was horrible and needs to be thrown away. The carpet is also awful and needs to be replaced. The pools were nice but had way too much chlorine and burned our eyes and throats. The staff was friendly, facilities were clean. The restaurant was awful, the people from the event next door kept coming to the restaurant area to stand around and talk and let their kids run around, it was incredibly loud. It took incredibly long to get our food, we had all finished all our drinks, and when the food was finally delivered tonour table we weren't given any silverware.The meal was very expensive, especially considering the environment we dined in. We enjoyed use of the hiking trails. It was a nice vacation but could use some improvements."

"We enjoyed our stay, our room was great and very clean. The pool area was wonderful and clean and the staff were amazing and very kind. We originally we're only staying two days in the family liked it so much we stayed the week. "

"Heated pool was cold. Place was clean but had horrific smell, like mechanical oil spill and had a lot of trouble breathing. Room was ok and at least smell didn’t go into room. "

"Staff was great. The company needs to invest in the property as workout room equipment was not all working. The room that was a suite did not have the usual table and chairs."

"Turned on the hot water and it was so hot it burned my hand. I'm glad that I did it and not my granddaughter. The pool it said 4ft and it wasn't that far intill it dropped off. Not happy at all with my stay. Never again."

"Amazing place with great amenities like a game area, outside patio with a nice fire, and snacks/drinks in the room. Easy to get to the slopes too. "
