I needed a refrigerator and it took 3 requests to have the mini bar removed from my fridge so I could use it. The valet parking staff knew what needed to be done so I could utilize the valet spots to self park my motorcycle but the front desk would not co-operate. I have had motorcycles stolen from hotel public parking garages in the past and did not want to have it happen again. As a result of the misalignment of policy I had to use public parking which was far more expensive for in and out privileges and was not as secure. For an expensive hotel, my two most important needs were not met. I won't stay here again.
