Staff was extremely helpful. Room was great - clean and aesthetically pleasing. Went during down-season, not much to do around the city. Stayed in our room quite a bit and enjoyed it thoroughly.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is located in the old Town city center close to the main attractions, and the hotel has a really cool and calm vibe.

Lovely location

Hotel was lovely but room was very small, not much space to even walk around our bed and the bed was very, very hard. Very clean and friendly staff. Fabulous location.

Excellent hotel in Palma.

Great location for getting around Palma, we arrived by bus in to the terminal and it took about 10 minutes to get to the hotel. The room was lovely, good size and great decor. The cafe where breakfast was served looked lovely, unfortunately we checked out very early morning, so no time for breakfast. There is a bar/restaurant across the road which does good food, the sharing tapas board was delicious.

We had a beautiful sleep,breakfast was fantastic staff were on point expect the evening guy couldn’t recommend or understand our request. On an overall we enjoy the experience so will be back again!

Good location, stylish, rooms too small

The location of the hotel is great. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance! The building itself is beautiful and stylish. When we arrived a lot of other travelers arrived as well. The lady at the reception was very friendly. However, check in took as ca. 25 minutes, cause we had to wait for others to checkin as well. Checkout at 6 in the morning was fast, however very impersonal. We didn’t even got asked whether everything was ok or not. The hotel needs to improve with cleanliness. We found several hairs in the bathroom. Unfortunately, we did not notice until we came back from our tour through the city at night. Moreover, we were also disappointed with the size of the room. It was not even possible to open the closet or leave a suitcase without constantly having to wander around it. Also, the hotel is very noisy, which was problematic for us, because we had to go to the airport at 6 o'clock in the morning. Parking is tricky, but they have special discounts for the underground garage nearby - which was great. Didn’t had breakfast, so can’t say anything about that.

Interesting mix of old building and modern hotel, Great buffet breakfast, easy walk into the old town.
