The resort was spectacular!! The staff was great friendly and very well ran, they covered everything that we needed during our stay, I highly recommend Gaucho for dinner or meals the chef Marcos was amazing!!! Treated us like a family member!

Wait staff was great. Loved Fernando, he was the best. The rooms should have signs in them to let staff km Not not to enter. They entered 2 times while I was in there naked. Should have turned the dead bolt. 😬 I had the red light on but guess it was burn out on the outside. The food was so so. I figure if you can’t find something you like at all inclusive you’re too picky. I did get sick the first few days, no clue why. But the rest of our trip was great.
