Enjoy peace and privacy in this beautiful single-story villa. Perfect for a relaxing getaway in a quiet area, it features a cool air-conditioned living room, 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower). A comfortable home designed for rest.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
Son Parc is one of the best tourist areas on the island. It has all the services and entertainment. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, bike rental, pharmacy, public transport, etc. It also has a magnificent golf course that also has a restaurant and tennis courts. As for the beach, its length is more than 200 meters of fine sand, and its crystalline and shallow waters make it ideal for families with small children. Just 9km from the coastal town of Fornells, where you can practice all kinds of water sports or rent boats in addition to tasting their famous lobster stews.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful villa. The pool was the highlight of the holiday and the kids (and grown ups) loved it.
The villa is light, airy and clean with most things you need for a self catered stay.
The location is great with a beach, shop, and restaurants a few minutes away in the car.
I would recommend hiring a car as it's a fair walk to amenities (especially with little ones).
A great location to explore from as Arenell Den Castell and Mao Port is easy to reach.

J'observe cependant que la taille du réfrigérateur est insuffisante pour un logement prévu pour 8 personnes. Par ailleurs il serait souhaitable de remplacer la plaque de cuisson par une plaque de cuisson à induction.
