Charming and modern villa just 600 meters from the beach and restaurants. 4 bedrooms ( three main with AC ) 3 bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen.
Swimming pool for exclusive use of guests and cozy porch with barbecue.

Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. Additional cots and highchairs available for a charge of 5€/night per set

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Macaret is a small and quiet residential area with a nice sandy beach and some restaurants. Located very close to Arenal d`en Castell where you can find all the facilities and amenities, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, water sports, entertainment for children and a beautiful and long beach of more than 500 mts long where you can take quiet walks on its fine sand.

Located just 15 minutes drive from the Son Park golf course and at the same distance from the bay of Fornells where you can taste one of its famous lobster stews.

Mahón, the main city of the island, is only 20 kilometers away. Restaurants, shops, walks through its magnificent harbor and pleasant evenings on its terraces make it an indispensable visit of your vacation.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.

All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Nice villa

Initially hard to find as the address was wrong, and this repeatedly happens according to the owners of the other Villa. Location is quiet, Villa was good, could have done with being a bit cleaner, but nice welcome pack, great pool, and we had a good time. No complaints really.
