It was a very nice stay. It was easy to get where we need.

Had to ask a few different times for housekeeping over our three nights stay. Garbage was overflowing and needed towels and housekeeping never came to do our rooms. Also the bathroom downstairs by the pool area was disgusting and had no toilet paper even though we had told the front desk it was out the day before. I will say the front desk was very helpful when I needed to work and trying to help me get my Internet set up on my work computer.

Rooms are good. Lobby is hot and humid. Room AC did not cool to what it was set to, but it wasn’t hot. Would stay again.

The bell hop man was amazing! I don’t remember his name but he was there every day we were. Even after waiting for our car from valet for 35mins, he came up and asked how we were and when I told him how long we were waiting for, we had our car less than 5mins. Only other issue was the water pressure in our shower (there was none). Everything else was perfect!

We stayed during a peak period and the cost was very overpriced. Nice place but not worth the $400 a night. Unfortunately, this happens during peak but it would have nice if they through in free parking or breakfast for the cost differential. Other than that, I liked the property and the staff was excellent.
