"This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....

"La veille du départ on m'a demandé de payer 200 € en plus, j' ai compris que nous étions les seuls dans la maison d'hôtes et que ce n'était pas rentable pour eux. Les abords sont sales, routes défoncées, poussière, la ville de Kelibia irrespirable à cause des mobylettes très nombreuses et polluantes. Dommage car les Tunisiens sont pour la plupart très sympathiques."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. I know the hotel is cheap but I’d rather pay a little bit more and be somewhere clean and with working aircon. Pro to the experience was the nice man who let us in though :) "
