Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom house in Mentor. This welcoming property offers a comfortable retreat for guests. With 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 trundle bed, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. This newly renovated house, just steps away from Lake Erie, features convenient amenities including a fully equipped custom kitchen and onsite washer and dryer. Watch the amazing sunsets from the local water front just steps away or head to the beach a mile down the road for a fun filled day in the sun and sand. A fenced in back yard featuring a propane grill, propane fire table and plenty of seating provides a relaxing space for a meal or just visiting. Less than half an hour drive from wine country to the East or downtown Cleveland to the West, there is always something happening for everyone!

Great stay!

Heather was great and communicated with me all weekend. House was very nice and exactly what we needed. Appreciate then allowing us to bring our dog, even with her being over 50 pounds.
