The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher (with pods and dish soap provided). Enjoy your morning brew with the drip or Keurig coffee maker, along with a starter coffee kit featuring coffee, creamer, sugar, and filters for your first morning.

The ensuite bathroom features a tub/shower combo, large vanity sink, and toilet closet for added privacy. Provided amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, two rolls of toilet paper, and one towel and washcloth per guest.

A peaceful upstairs retreat with a queen bed, dresser, closet, and soft linens. Ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking a cozy, private space.

➤ Bedroom 3 (Upstairs)
Perfect for kids or friends, this bedroom includes two twin beds, a dresser, and a closet, offering comfort and charm in a quiet setting.

➤ Bathroom 2 (Upstairs Jack & Jill)
Shared between Bedrooms 2 and 3, this Jack-and-Jill bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, vanity, toilet, hair dryer, and provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guests receive one towel and one washcloth per person, plus two rolls of toilet paper.

Most cars can easily access the home and nearby attractions. There is no public transportation in the area, so having your own vehicle or renting one is recommended.

➤ Parking: A gravel driveway offers easy access and ample parking for multiple vehicles.
➤ Early check-in and late checkout may be available but are not guaranteed.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
➤ No pets are allowed.

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):

• For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies.
• Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation.

4. We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.

5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy.

6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

7. No parties or events allowed.

8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

10. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
