Just finished in July 2024, The NEW Overlook has new everything and there's a reason why it's named "The Overlook." While you're relaxing in the outdoor hot tub on the large covered porch, you'll be awestruck with the views of the valley below and the mountains of Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia! Getting back to nature to soothe your soul is simply amazing! As you enter the home, you'll notice the cottage feel. Modern rustic with whimsical touches, the living room is comfortably adorned for watching the flat-screen TV or enjoying the gas log fireplace. A modern kitchen has everything you need to whip up snacks or a gourmet meal, whether you enjoy gathering for dinner or taking it out to the porch to enjoy the pure mountain air. A full size washer/dryer puts convenience at your fingertips. The downstairs bedroom features a King bed and ensuite bathroom with gorgeous, tiled shower. Upstairs, two Queen bedrooms with large bathroom with tub/shower. Whether you're looking for a weekend retreat to relax or a romantic holiday rendezvous, The Overlook is just what you need for that perfect getaway.
