Boulder Pointe sits on 7.53 acres on the edge of Lookout Mountain, just 6 miles North of downtown Mentone. With 3 bedrooms/2 baths + loft, it can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. There's plenty of space for everyone to gather in the large living room, cook up something yummy in the full kitchen with breakfast bar, then enjoy it in the dining room area. Outside, you'll enjoy the cozy front porch, large screened back porch with hot tub & cozy furniture, backyard with firepit, and everywhere you go you are in aww of those amazing views!

The perfect spot to celebrate family, good friends and life events, while enjoying year-round, spectacular views of three states and the valley below. Feel the stress melt away while enjoying those views from the back screened porch with hot tub & cozy furniture or while making s'mores, telling stories and creating unforgettable memories around the fire pit.

The kitchen provides ample space to prepare anything from holiday dinners to snacks for the kids. The fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops as well as a breakfast bar open to the living room.

Just off the kitchen is the 2-story living room with exposed beams and rustic stone fireplace. Plenty of space to get comfy and relax under the twinkle of the antler chandelier.

Three bedrooms gives everyone a place to settle in for an amazing sleep. The loft has a twin daybed, desk area, and game cabinet which makes an amazing spot to read, play games or for the kiddos to hang out.

Beautiful views and cozy cabin

We loved our stay at Boulder Pointe. The views were absolutely amazing. The cabin was very cozy and perfect for our family. The hot tub was such a nice treat looking out over the beautiful views. Gorgeous cabin with everything you need. Cleanest Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in! The view was breathtaking and we had a perfect view of the sunset from the hot tub on the deck every night. We will definitely stay here again.

Lookout- you are not gonna want to leave!!

Boulder Pointe is a dream getaway. Our family loved our stay and our dog Grits felt so welcome with her provided blanket and bed. The views speak for themselves and the cabin is so comfortable. We can’t wait to return.

Cozy Cabin With Amazing View

Watching the sunset from the brow of Lookout Mountain was magical! The cozy, rustic cabin is the perfect size for 4 to 6 people and has everything you need. The owners are extremely responsive if you need anything or have any questions. Can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect birthday weekend getaway

My husband and I, along with 5 of our adult friends and 2 dogs, spent the weekend here for my 57th birthday. The cabin was clean, cozy and perfectly accommodated our group. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, fireplace and cooking in the kitchen. The hot tub was great after our hiking trips in De Soto State Park, and the view of the sunsets every evening were amazing! We didn't have any issues or need anything else, but the host (Holly) kept in touch and was available if we did. Everyone had a great time and felt well rested. I would definitely recommend this cabin for any vacation getaway!

Almost Perfect

The location was excellent. It was close to town, but secluded and the view was incredible. The only criticism was the mattresses were all extremely firm. Otherwise, the cabin was clean, we loved the hot tub, and the amenities were great.

Great Cabin for the weekend!

What a great place for three generations to celebrate a birthday weekend! The view from the screened in porch is amazing! The Cabin is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hot tub is fantastic! Just a short drive to Mentone. Fun little town with some really nice people. Try the Seabolt’s Tacos at Moon Lake Trading company. Yummy!

Beautiful Cozy Cabin

We booked Boulder Pointe for a long weekend. The guys were participating in a race at Cloudland Canyon. The hot tub was so nice for them to soak in pre and post race. The cabin was very cozy and had everything we needed. The beds were soft and we all slept so hard. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook for the weekend. Loved that there was a Christmas tree to give it the holiday flare! We will definitely book again if we are in the area again!

Absolutely Heavenly!

My grown daughter, husband, furbaby and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boulder Point. The pretty cabin was comfortable, inviting, and pretty. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The property was filled with beautiful trees loaded with Fall colored leaves. The big back yard was level with the clouds! We spent hours sitting on the back porch looking at the valley, mountains and glorious sky filled with magnificent cloud formations! Sunsets were gorgeous! It truly felt heavenly!

Great Weekend!!

We rented the cabin at Boulder Pointe to celebrate my sister's upcoming wedding. She wanted to get away with her bridesmaids and enjoy nature. We enjoyed the hot tub, screened-in back porch, and the amazing view. There are a lot of outdoor activities to enjoy in the area. The management company responds to texts promptly and takes care of things. I would rent Boulder Pointe again.

Beautiful sunset views

Good things: 1. Beautiful western views 2. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher 3. Big TV and hot tub 4. Pet friendly 5. Good communication with booking agent Not so good: 1. Mattress is rock hard and uncomfortable. Bring a topper if you can. 2. Watch out for rattle snakes in the warmer months. About a 4 footer was basking in the sun on the driveway. 3. Scenic drive county road to cabin from Mentone is paved but heavily pot holed and patched. Don't advice a sports car with a stiff suspension.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times

The view was spectacular. The wildlife amazing. I counted 13 deer one morning alone around the cabin. The house was as advertised and we were comfortable (four adults and a 15 month old). All good. The bad was the number of spider webs everywhere. Inside and outside. We had to have a cleaning party before we could allow the baby access to the cabin or the back porch. On arrival the front porch and steps were covered with leaves. So much so, that I had to clear a path for us to be able to safely determine where the steps actually were. The garbage can was at the street and wasn't clear on if we were to leave it there or not. So I carried the garbage to the street each evening. Not that big of a deal except for the temperatures and the distance. Lastly, no fault of the owner, the next door neighbor's lawn care provider showed up Sunday mid-morning and for the next five hours had two blowers going none stop blowing leaves from their lawn. So much for peace and quiet.
