"The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable. "

"Upon arrival at this hotel, i was amazed at the beautiful building, so first impressions were very good, however, check in took longer than it should have. Due to a flight delay we didnt arrive until midnight, and it seemed the gentleman on reception didnt seem to know what he was doing. This became apparent the following evening when the hotel room phone rang at midnight, waking us up. Our passport numbers were not registered and they felt it acceptable to call at this hour! Very bad judgement...

"Staying at this apartment was our favorite part of Rome, hands down. The apartment is perfectly situated in the middle of Rome but is totally quiet at night. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walkable distance. The staff was amazing - Federica was so helpful to us when we had an issue finding a taxi to the train station. Not to mention the staff is incredibly friendly, personable, helpful, knowledgeable, and funny! We cannot recommend this place enough and we will stay here any time we go...

"Beautiful hotel. Great location. Lovely staff. It’s not the quietest, partly because of the location and some noise travels between rooms too. There was a rooftop bar but we couldn’t get a table to sit up there despite being guests. I would recommend staying here though. The building is stunning and staff were wonderful. "

"Beautiful property and location overlooking a vibrant square with nice bars and restaurants and a market during the day. Despite this we slept soundly as we were high up and the window and shutters blocked noise. 10 min walk from Pantheon and other major sights. The wooden beams were beautiful. As long as you dont mind steps (there is no lift) i cant fault it. We loved our stay, and Andrea was very helpful with arranging transfers and on arrival. Thank you "

"AMAZING if you’re coming to Rome for a Catholic experience! We were able to hear the Pope’s Wednesday audience from the terrace, and because of the distance from the Vatican, we were able to get into St Peter’s early and skip the line without tickets (if you get in line around 6:45, you’ll be in St. Peter’s by 7 and it’ll basically be empty besides private Masses). Both shops surrounding the hotel are so cute, the breakfast was perfect, and the staff were so friendly!! Would come back to Rome...

"It was a beautiful property, bellissima! Our room had an amazing view. Ciampino is a beautiful town and it’s convenient to have a train station nearby, not the Sassone station however as that one is difficult to get to, but the Ciampino train station. Our breakfast was delicious, the staff was always kind and helpful. The facility is kept very clean and the property itself is behind a gate! Overall we are very happy with our stay!"

"The location was convenient to the rail station and the airport buses, as well as dining and sightseeing. The only issue we had was trying to find the property because the signage was very small and the entrance didn’t look like the entrance to the hotel as two other hotels were advertised with big signage at the same location and there was some renovation work going on the bottom floor. "

"A boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff . Breakfast is by arrangement with the restaurant below in the Piazza. Very easy access to the main attractions of Rome and lots of nearby pretty side streets with bespoke shops and reasonably priced restaurants. "

"Property is fantastic, rooms are slightly cramped but that's what you expect in Rome. Location is a bit far from central Rome (about 30 minutes by bus, includes a change) and might be very slightly unnerving to come to at night with public transport. We didn't mind since we travelled in a group. "

"Spacious rooms, very clean, comfortable beds. Self-serve laundry from 8am-11pm with washers and dryers. Great for families, well supplied kitchen, 2 TVs, USB charging, even included fuzzy slippers for each person. Very good breakfast buffet with baked goods, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, a pancake machine which kids loved. Excellent location about 10 minutes walk to Ottaviano metro station, 15 min walk to Piazza Navona. Very safe location with lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Will definitely...
