While the buffet breakfast was of a good standard, the true highlight was the Friday barbecue dinner at Fire—an outstanding culinary experience. The attention to detail, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality made the evening truly memorable. Our room was beautifully appointed, offering a breathtaking ocean view. Every element, from the layout to the amenities, was thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and relaxation. A special mention to Kadek (apologies if the spelling is not exact), a member of the management team, whose professionalism and gracious presence elevated our experience even further. "What an experience we have had. Specifically when compared with other hotels. We have had executive room looking at ocean and with wide balcony and private area. Got best of the better room. Was just extraordinary. Amenities, food, staffs and the experience, just wow. Can’t even think of Bali without Hilton. Thanks to all the staffs for making this so beautiful. "
