Could do better.
"I was disappointed. As a former resident of Kongsvinger I happen to know that this used to be the very best Hotel in the town. It can now only be described as 'tired'. The staff were courteous, but not especially customer oriented. Room was comfortable, but not what I expected of a higher end hotel. ..."
