"There is no reception here and when I managed to get in, I was told there was no record of my booking. I forfeited the cost of my non-refundable several nights and went somewhere better. Location is good, but the facilities are not."

"The room we were supposed to stay in was occupied by some people for apparently already longer period of time (2 weeks), they were aggressive when we confronted them. The owner didn't help us whatsoever and of course refused to refund because of "company policy" DO NOT BOOK AT ANY COST. DANGEROUS "

"We had a lovely stay here just troubles with Expedia and host miscommunication, for some reason it never notified the property that we had a booking but that's more on the platform issues. Would recommend IF you have a car as hard to get around without it. Overall beautiful village and stay with a great price. Just make sure the property contacts you more then 24hrs before to be sure. They are lovely people."

"Awesome place! I've been traveling several times a year for the past few years and Mesogios is one of the best places I've been at! Fully equipped kitchen, large living room, excellent bedroom, huge porch and a jacuzzi! Close to the beach, restaurants and a supermarket."

"Very worn down and noisy as you can hear every time any leaves a room, go to the toilet. The apartment was clean but the building and Stairway were very dirty."

"Avoid this host. Booking a beach apattment, butnon the daynof the flight they sent me to a other place 20min frome origin accomodation. Firat they said they got problems with the apartmen, second they said i book the oter apartment, third time they tell expidia customer service it was double booked. Beaware you dont booking a apartment for your self....only a room in a apartment. Other travelers got kind of similar problems wirh the host. Get no compesation frome the host. Safe your money...

"Well, this is called rooms/hotel, but bathrooms and kitchen are shared. kind of hard to find with the adress, in the shared kitchen people go almost naked, nobody to keep the place on watch while staying. Showers holders and water pressure is extremly bad, it takes many minutes to try to get the right temperature, also, there is a button to press 60 minutes before you shower to get hot water. Rooms are basic and fine, but bathrooms and shared areas horrible. Also, i have been repeteadly asked...

"I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, located right in the city center along the promenade. The staff were amazing – always helpful and friendly. The cleanliness and overall service were excellent. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay here was wonderful! We arrived late but were welcomed warmly by the staff, which set the tone for the rest of our trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel offers a variety of activities and has a reliable shuttle service to both the city centre and Liv Mackenzie, which was really convenient. The rooftop pool is lovely and a great place to relax. While the location is a bit remote, we still managed fine without a rental car. However, renting one could be helpful for getting around more easily. There’s a nice bakery about a 15-minute walk away, and we also used Wolt for food delivery and dined out during our stay. We did encounter a small issue with broken glass in our room, but it was handled quickly and professionally. Ina is amazing—so helpful and full of knowledge. Alexis is warm and attentive. Both ladies really stood out and made our stay even better. The shuttle driver (we forgot to ask his name!) was always punctual and very pleasant. My family had a great time here and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others! "

"The staff was helpful and accommodating, able to confirm the bed arrangements in the room in advance despite having a policy of not doing that. The hotel is quiet, tidy and clean, centrally located and very close to the beach, bus station and city centre. The cleaners should have made an effort and clean the room or change the towels during our 3 days of stay however the overall experience is very positive."
