LODI’S HOUSE is located in Portal de Benegas, one of Mendoza’s most exclusive gated communities, featuring 24-hour security and a prime location. In just a few minutes, you can reach the province’s main wineries, city centre, Palmares Open Mall, restaurants, cafes, and everything that makes Mendoza unique.
The house was designed to accommodate families and groups of friends seeking comfort, privacy, and spaces to enjoy together.
It features five spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and heating, three bathrooms (two full bathrooms and a half-bath), a large living-dining room with a 65-inch Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with an industrial oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and all the necessary cookware to cook and share meals just like at home.
Outside, you’ll find one of our guests’ favourite spots: a pool with a deck and sun deck to cool off on warm days, a spacious garden, a fire pit area, a grill for enjoying a classic Argentine barbecue, and an indoor gym for those who wish to continue their workout routine.
In addition, the property features high-speed Wi-Fi throughout and a secure garage for two vehicles.
Our location is ideal for exploring Mendoza. In just a few minutes, you can visit renowned wineries, explore the Wine Routes, enjoy the local cuisine, go on mountain hikes, discover General San Martín Park, go rafting, horseback riding, or simply stroll through the tree-lined streets of one of Argentina’s most beautiful cities.
