Located in the heart of a city block where, when you step outside, you’ll find plenty of entertainment options, and when you return, you’ll enjoy the peace and quiet for a restful night’s sleep. You’ll be close to everything—the area has supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and more. The location is ideal for walking to all of Mendoza’s points of interest. The property has two floors connected by a staircase. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living-dining room, the kitchen, a bathroom, and an inner courtyard with a barbecue. The upper floor has a full bathroom and two bedrooms—one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. All of this is just steps away, and thanks to its excellent location, you’ll be able to enjoy a restful stay since the apartment is situated in the heart of the block, offering peace and quiet at night. You’ll have full access to all areas of the apartment, as it is rented out as a whole. Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. We provide a full set of dishes for 6 people, as well as basic kitchen utensils and serving dishes. The apartment is fully stocked with linens, so you’ll have sheets and towels. The bathrooms are stocked with body wash and shampoo. For entertainment, you’ll have access to two Smart TVs—one in the living room and another in the bedroom—allowing you to stream Netflix, HBO, and more. We don’t have cable TV, but we do have Magistv, a platform offering many live channels, sports, films, and TV series. The property has three air conditioners to make your stay more comfortable in the summer—one in the living-dining room and the other two in the upstairs bedrooms.

Our duplex is located in a residential area, with all points of interest just a few metres away. The Fifth Section is one of the most prestigious areas of Greater Mendoza, featuring the famous Arístides Villanueva Street, General San Martín Park—with recreational areas and bike paths—and, at night, the top bar district with numerous restaurants.
