"Ann's flat is lovely - cute, cosy and has everything needed for a short stay. The garden is beautiful, should there be suitable weather to enjoy it. The kitchenette is also well equipped despite no hob; there are 2 teles which is very generous for a small flat like this. Parking was also very convenient. Would recommend to anyone and stay here again myself :)"

"Location was superb. Very basic accommodation- only two pillows on bed, absolute minimum should be two pillows per person. (We needed to use the cushions off the lounge as well as the bed) Little extras like “fresh”teabags, box of tissues and hand soap for bathroom basin would be nice, bed or couch throw for extra warmth. "The apartment is lovely and clean and well presented and the whole process with Vrbo and the landlord was very smooth. Parking was a bit of a pain but it's expected in Llandudno. The town it's self has plenty to do and plenty of places to eat and drink with Kids in tow."

"What a brilliant property, so well appointed, equipped and situated. Felt like the owners wanted it to be used….with due respect. The kitchen was very well equipped and a great area for socialising whilst meals were being prepared. Really enjoyed the table football and table tennis. All the bedrooms were great and the master bedroom fantastic-we hosted drinks on the veranda of the bedroom at sunset. Easy access to the beach, dog walks and some lovely cafe/deli/bars locally.
