Come experience this hidden treasure located off south Mena St. in beautiful Mena, Arkansas. This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath brick cottage is located in Sherwood Forrest subdivision at the end of south Mena St. This property includes 1 king bed with its own full bath and an extra bedroom with a queen bed. There is a large full bathroom, living room with big screen T.V., see-thru fireplace for living room & breakfast area. The fully stocked kitchen is very spacious with all new stainless steel appliances, featuring a wonderful gas range for all your cooking needs and an eat-at bar. There is a washer & dryer and screened in porch for chillin & grillin. This property includes an enclosed garage and space behind for parking trailers, atvs or rvs.

Nice, Well-Decorated House on Quiet Street
This pretty, two-bedroom home is very comfortable and fully furnished. It is very clean with nice trees and no one behind it. We would highly recommend! FYI: Internet is spotty so if you need to Zoom, you may need to find another location for that.

Very nice
The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to town. The kitchen is a great size which helped cooking the turkey for Thanksgiving easier. It looks like there have been some recent updates to the house and everything was clean and nice. The host was very responsive. We left an important item behind and they let a family member who lived nearby pick it up the next day. Much appreciated!

Highly recommend this property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood not very far from downtown. This is the second time at this location. Well maintained for sure. the manager is very quick to respond to any and all questions.

Comfy and cozy
We have rented this home several times before because it’s a beautiful home with an awesome host! This trip we were coming to see my Mother before she passed away! We arrived around 5pm and my Mom had passed away at noon! We had reserved the house for Tuesday to Friday but we needed to stay another day and Mr. Craig was so kind to take care of it for us! It’s in a beautiful quiet neighborhood! The house is beautiful and always clean with everything we need when we stay there! Will stay there every time we go to Mena if it’s available!
