"Noisy like a construction zone. Lack of lighting in common spaces. Feels like a lower type of property. Great shuffle service and knowledgeable desk staff. "

"We have stayed here in the past and this property never disappoints! Always clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The breakfast is always fresh and hot. My only complaint would be they need to have hot chocolate available next to the coffee counter in the lobby year round. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Memphis and the surrounding areas. This location is close to everything especially restaurants with a multitude to choose from. 5 Stars for sure!"
