My family and I traveled to Memphis to visit my daughter there. The location was central to all of our activities, the furniture wes comfortable and the outdoor amenities were great fun. Would travel here again!

The house was exactly as pictured; very clean, with comfortable beds, plenty of space, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, bake ware, towels, & pillows. The game room was exactly what the kids & young adults needed. It's perfectly positioned in the detached garage so their excitement & laughter did not disturb the grand & great grand parents chatting & watching TV. The A/C, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, toilets, doors, patio furniture, TVs, & remote controllers ALL worked perfectly. The food disposal died one night & it was PROMPTLY replaced the next day. John's communication, response time & level of professionalism is a rare find in this business & one that I truly appreciated. Our host, John, was the icing on the cake. In my opinion, there should be a class titled "Fundamentals of Hosting &/ Owning Vacation Rental Properties" (taught by John) & successful completion of this class with at least a B (86) should be a prerequisite to becoming a host &/or having your property listed.I highly recommend this property & yes, I would/will stay here again.

Beautiful home, great location – exceeded our expectations.This historic home has been carefully/lovingly maintained & included many amenities &comforts. All attractions were within an easy drive of 15 minutes or less. Rooms were spacious &beautifully decorated with Memphis blues theme. The neighborhood was lovely &we felt secure. There was plenty of parking in the private driveway &we could even park up to 3 cars in the driveway inside the security gate. The kitchen was well stocked &all the appliances were new &beautiful. Loved the access to the backyard through both the dining room French doors &the back door in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable as were the many pillows &bedding provided. Fun gameroom in the garage & a hot tub. The bathrooms were 5 stars with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hair dryers were provided.The host thought of everything even providing plenty of outlets for phones & USB’s &hangers in the closets. The house was very comfortably cooled &we never had to think about the AC temperature while outside was hot. The neighborhood was very quiet. Fenced in yard was perfect for our 2 small dogs. Our host John was so welcoming &attentive to our needs. He made sure our entry into the house on arrival was stress free after our long drive from Jersey. John was a magnificent host & attended to our needs. 25/10!Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to discover Memphis and have a beautiful place to stay.
