Very nice house - matches photos.
Everything you need provided.
Used Ubers to get around - close to all attractions we wanted to visit
Only things missing were a kettle (we are British and like a cup of tea in the mornings) and clothes hangers.
This home was the best for our girls trip! Great location and Beautiful neighborhood!! Home provides what we needed. Host was helpful and quick to respond!
Host was very friendly, communication was excellent, the home was very lovely, Highlu recommend this home if your visiting or want to see family and Friends. Will Stay Again
The property was in an awesome historic neighborhood. It was comfortable with plenty of space and amenities. It was in the perfect location for our stay, being a few blocks from our friends' home. The host was super accommodating, friendly, responsive and informative.
The kitchen was stocked with utensils/ wares you would need for home cooking. Spacious layout, comfortable furniture. Great location. Close to whatever you would want to see in Memphis and set back from the road so you get a sense of privacy, the neighborhood was beautiful. There were some broken fixtures around the house, one of which was the stove which we struggled to turn off leading to a small propane leak. We eventually got it off but it's a safety concern.
This property is exactly as advertised. Check in and out uncomplicated. This is a large space. Convenient to everything! Off street parking was ideal.

House is amazing host is very rude and not understandable
Host was very rude in communication with me about an issue I had no control over . The property is very clean and spacious but host has a DISGUSTING attitude
Had no clue was I was going, first time visiting Memphis. But with the communication and directions I was given it was a smooth process. Everything that was explained in the email and other correspondence was on spot. No complaints from me or my family at all. Looking forward to our next visit, and hoping y’all’s place will be available once again. Thank you
The entire house made you feel like you were on a staycation. It was warm and decorative, and had everything you needed to function like you were actually at home. The design and aesthetic of the home deserved a 10 all by itself. The only tip would be to tidy up a lot better. We had to sweep the floors and wash the entire kitchen, and when moving furniture noticed it hadn't been swept after the other parties. So that part cut into our hangout time, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part about the place was the cute private front yard. We had a blast playing games out there and looking at the moon. Overall we had a great stay, and were lucky to have a really great, accommodating host.
Good place overall, nice and tidy but we were under the impression the couch made a bed to accommodate another person, it did not. There was 5 of us and we only received 4 towels and washcloths total and we were there for 2 nights. Didn't like the fact we had to dump our trash and throw in the can outside considering cleaning fees were paid and we didn't even have a full bag of trash so it was just a small inconvenience. Other than those 2 things it was a good place to stay and I'd recommend it. Not for people that can't climb stairs though.
We had a hard time finding the place. The property is pushed back from the street. It almost reminded me of a carriage house and how it was set back like a garage.
There were many people out and about at night we had to watch out for people in the street so we couldn't find the address well because cars were blocking the address/mailbox.
We had some difficulties with trying to find the keypad we were told to locate a black cylinder on the door. We didn't see anything (ON THE DOOR)that looked like a black tube. If we were told the keypad (that wasn't well identified was above the door handle and if you touched it it would lite up) we wouldn't have to have been standing in the rain in the dark in a strange neighborhood. I had to call to find out what they meant and where/what to do to open the door. I've traveled/stayed at many vacation properties and never had this much trouble getting into a place. It was dark and raining and we just wanted to get into the place. When we finally got in, the place smelled moldy. Inside it was freezing and we couldn't operate the thermostat. So I had to call again to have them walk me through it. We were tired and needed to eat. The kitchen was a bit strange. The counters were sticky to the touch and the dishwasher had a sawdust like residue on the inside of it. Also, the dishwasher looked like it wasn't installed properly. The cabinet where the dishwasher was in looked broken. You could see where it came away from the cabinets and it had a black residue around it. Because of this we felt we needed to hand wash the plates and utensils. We had to do so much to get settled that it was disappointing. I felt like we cleaned the place to be able to stay in it which isn't the point of a vacation.
One of the bedrooms upstairs had attic access and it wasn't shut well it was a bit creepy laying in bed looking up at the attic space through the slit of the opening.
