Located in a quiet residential area in the Raleigh neighborhood of Memphis near Bartlett, with easy access to Walmart, Kroger, I-40, Methodist North Hospital + a brand new Crunch Fitness gym.

    This is a spacious and fully furnished single-family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a private office, and multiple common areas including a large living room with fireplace and a 10-seat dining room. The home also includes a full laundry room and a shaded backyard with outdoor dining and a fire pit. All utilities, internet, and lawn care are included, making it ideal for longer stays.

    Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including the front porch, backyard, laundry room, and office. Self-check-in is available via a smart lock. Onsite parking for up to 4 cars is available in the carport and driveway.

    Ideal for mid-term stays (30+ days) for families or colleagues travelling together. The home is professionally cleaned and stocked with essentials including cleaning supplies, kitchenware, laundry detergent, and toiletries. The home is technically located in the Raleigh neighborhood of Memphis but is actually much closer and similar to Bartlett. This was an experience. We arrived and the property was pretty gross. There was crumbed chips in the cabinets, completely soiled pillow on bed probably stained but a white pillow that had multiple mold black like marks, anyways broken bed room door (that fortunately we videoed prior to moving in because it was blamed on us it being broken and they filed a claim against us, we had to cover the couch with blanket because it smelled horrible, for 3000 a month I would expect a little more, the AC went out on us 3x during our stay at 1 point no ac for a week during July, vents were crusted with old lint, floors sticky, small pieces of weed left on window frames etc. I am not trying to be to particular and ultimately with all that I was going to give them a pretty good rating just because the communication with the host was pretty great. Just make sure your video everything before you stay at this property for your protection.
