There was cabint drawers missing with metal that scratched me almost every time I went pass it. There was so many bugs every where.The refrigerator had bugs in it and the top of it was co ered with bugs. The signs by the door had over 20 bugs on it and around it to greet you as you entered the room. The bathroom was dirty and there was no towels available. No remote for TV..I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

It was horrible. Not worth the price, lost information needed for deposit which that shouldn't even be asked for. Door always open. The giest above us continued to be disrespectful all night long. Front desk acted to care but they continued to do the same loud noises even during checkout. Cant enjoy your trip was horrible.

Roaches everywhere. The floor was caving in in the bathroom. The glue on trim/ base boards were falling off. There was piles of crumbs and little pieces of trash all in the halls, the room doors do not have an inside lock and the key reader on the door works when it wants to. A gun was pulled on an employee. A lot of traffic all throughout the night. The facility said it was a no smoking facility but there were literal cigarettes butts on the arm rails inside. They give 1 towels for two guests. The photos online are NOTHING like what they look like in person. The laundry room was a disaster. Do not stay here.

Totally unsavory
The room itself was clean, but that is the best thing I can say about it. The lobby and hallways were filthy, garbage on the floor. The room , while clean, had electric outlets hanging from the wall, not properly installed, the was exactly 1 hanger in a closet with no doors. The towel/ linens (ha) were threadbare, pretty useless. I am very surprised that Sonesta would allow its name on a site like this.

The property didn’t look anything like the photos online. The hallways and the stairwells were very dirty and smelled like smoke. The hallway by my room had a big hole in the ceiling with a cone in the middle of the hallway. There were roaches in the closet area dead on the floor.

Nice place if it gets proper repairs done.
The staff was very friendly, but the first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke. We were given another room which smelled fine. The problems became evident as our stay continued. First when my wife turned back the sheets, we discovered wrinkled sheets with stains consistent with the bed being used for sex before we got there. We used our emergency bedding that we keep in our car after we stripped the stained sheets off the bed. When we went to take our showers in the morning, the shower diverter in the tub spout was leaking so much that we barely got water out of the showerhead. To add to the problem, the tub drained so slowly that the water was above my ankles before I could finish my shower. My wife actually gave up on using the showerhead and used a cup to pour water over herself. I reported the issues with the shower to the lady at the front desk at checkout. My observations are that this could be a nice place to stay with more attention to maintenance and more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. They have signs at every entrance about their no smoking policy. I find it hard to believe that the cleaning personnel would not notice that a room smelled of smoke or that bed sheets are stained. Also it is hard to believe that plumbing issues such as we experienced could get that bad without being noticed. If I didn't live 3 hours away, I would offer my services as a maintenance man because I think this building needs a lot of little things checked and repaired.

The location was not far from the area in which I was visiting. The outside was clean. Several guest were hanging out at the lobby door as if it was a neighborhood stoop. This made me feel uncomfortable to pass them. The entire first floor smelled of marijuana. My room was not clean. The floor had not been swept. Crumbs, dirt and old bugs were left in the room and bathroom. A towel had been used to clean the surfaces which had left huge smears and trash on the mirrors and tv. The tub had melted soap and whatever cleaner used had not been rinsed out. I opened my towels and a roach came out. Needless to say, I had to make do by buying some cleaners and sprays for my 2 day stay. I didn’t complain to staff because I wasn’t gonna be spending too much time in the room. My remote dud kit work. It was a room to stay just to get through the weekend. Not a place I’d ever stay again.

Checking in with Keneidra at the front desk was a delightful experience but the stay went downhill from there. The room was shabby and everything in it was worn down. There were no accessories or toiletries in the room, not even the usual soap. The bed was not comfortable. I’ve attached a photo of the “grab and go breakfast”. If this stay was $80-100, I would expect this level of hospitality. But for over $200, NO.

If you need a semi cheap place to stay, it might work. I stayed because I’m a truck driver and needed a drive break because of time rules. But I would never stay there unless it was an emergency 😩

When I arrived the door was locked drove 6hrs back home with 3 kids only to be told there were no rooms qvailable despite me having a prepaid reservation. The lady at the front desk was very defensive and down right rude despite me telling her that Im not blaming her for the mistake she wouldnt listen. Even went so far as to call the manager as if I was getting irate with her. All I even asked her was she goi g ro inform hotels.com about there being no vacancy so that I could get a refund or transfer. Needless to say there were no rooms available anywhere being that it was NYE. So we slept in my car praying not to get shot by a stray bullet from some fool who probably isnt supposed to even have a gun to begin with. Dont waste your time with this hotel they dont want anyone who is not familiar staying there.

After being on the road for 12 hours, my husband and I finally got to the hotel to check in and was told that our room was given away and that there was no available room for us. Absolutely unacceptable since we had a reservation and the money was already taken out of our account. It was in the middle of the night and we still had 9 hours to drive until our final destination.
