"The property was in a great location and the staff was so amazing, Danielle the front desk clerk was so warm and welcoming and all the other staff members was helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I will be returning "

"Breakfast was cold and not a big selection. Housekeeping entered room when do not disturb sign was posted. I felt that privacy was violated. I immediately reported this to ghe front desk clerk and nothing was done other than an insincere apology. "

"We did not eat breakfast. But wahlburgers room service was great. We ate at lookout and the food was good, but I had a hair in my salad. They replaced my salad and did not charge me. On the 3rd day we started smelling a sewage smell in our rooms around 10 at night. We called front desk and the night desk lady refused to come up, but stayed she would send someone else. We never saw anyone. We also struggled with housekeeping and had to call down for towels, clean up our own room and get air freshener. Finally they came and cleaned one of our rooms, never vacuumed or cleaned the sinks or showers. We gave up. We actually like the ambiance of this hotel but they truly need to replace the cleaning staff quickly. "

"I really enjoyed my stay from the warm welcome with easy check-in to the great location in the heart of Memphis. Everything was within an easy stroll. The room was spacious, nicely appointed and great views. "
