"The lobby was clean (smelled like bleach when we walked in). Room was clean but there were hairs in the shower. Linens were worn and dingy looking but were clean. The blinds in the room despite to keep out the street lights and brightly lit gas station across the street. We kept the fan on to obscure the sound of traffic. The check-in staff was great."

He said “price increased”. Tried to checkout before our second night, front desk guy refused. They had very few customers, now we know why. Terrible. "

We had initially booked our stay at another property -- our property manager reached out the day prior to check-in to inform us of something at the home that had broken and would not be available to us during our stay. In hearing what an important feature this was to our family, they quickly offered to transfer us to another property with that same amenity and a true upgrade from our initial property. We felt incredibly cared for and the property management group was top notch with their communication, professionalism and kindness!"

Family trip with grandparents, cousins, etc. Great adjacent casita/mother-in-law. Well stocked kitchen as well as family friendly board games and game garage. Very comfortable outside patio. Small issue with a slow draining bathroom sink which was quickly addressed and fixed. Would love to make a return visit!"
