I was extremely disappointed with my stay at YOTEL. The room was clearly not as clean as it should have been. When I checked out, I removed the first sheet from the bed and discovered a significant amount of hair underneath it. The hair was clearly not mine, which was extremely disgusting and made me question whether the bedding had actually been properly changed and cleaned between guests.
For a hotel, cleanliness and hygiene should be a basic standard, especially when it comes to the bed. Finding someone else’s hair underneath the sheets was honestly disturbing and completely unacceptable. I expected much better from YOTEL and would not feel comfortable staying here again.

My room had a distinct smell to it, and I noticed that the dresser wasn’t checked bc there was clothes still in there. The amenities were amazing! The staff, especially Vanessa was extremely helpful. The staff I interacted with has been there for 11 years plus and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs.
