"Excellent, beautiful location, with wonderful walking opportunities. The dinners included with the half-board option were outstanding: delicious, artful, excellent menu concepts, thoughtful wine list. Breakfast all you could wish. Sauna area small but pleasing, with nice self-service "aufguss". One thing to note: I am guessing this hotel is new to Hotels.com. They did not understand that we had purchased the half-board option, nor that we had pre-paid the nights. The manager was a bit harried...

Despite making my reservation far in advance I was placed in a room right beside an outdoor sitting area where conversations were as though they were actually in my room. I requested a room change and was then put in a room so far away that the wifi didn't work. For my entire stay. When at check out I requested to speak the the manager about the fact that having wifi was a factor in my selecting this particular hotel I was told he was too busy to...

"In guter Lage zum Kurbereich und zur Innenstadt. Allerdings sind hier keine Profis am Werk. Das Zimmer an sich ist ok, nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Das Bad hingegen ist vielleicht sauber, aber nur oberflächlich. Frühstück nicht gut, dafür 16€? Never. Keine Körnerbrötchen, schlechte Auswahl an Belägen, wenig Käse. Alles sehr knapp gehalten und Nachlegen auch nur nach aufmerksam machen. Wiederholungsgefahr gleich Null. "

"Very good accommodation in a reasonable price. It took me a little by surprise that the parking lot was an extra service and was not included in the price (for me it was not clear when I made the reservation). The wellness services were excellent. All in all, a very good experience."
