This completely renovated apartment meets all modern requirements and is situated in a historic monument building from 1722 in the old town center.

Geräumige und nett eingerichtete Wohnung im 1. Stock mitten in Mellrichstadt, in der es an nichts fehlt. Parkplatz und kleine 2er Sitzecke auf dem Hof. Die im Ort lebenden Vermieter sind freundlich und per WhatsApp immer gut ansprechbar. Rewe-Markt mit Fleischer und Bäcker in 10 Min fußläufig erreichbar. Leider ist das gastronomische Angebot im Ort sehr eingeschränkt.
