"We took our young grandsons an the stay was Great! Everyone was so nice and polite. The breakfast an evening food & drinks were perfect for all. Very kid friendly. Thank you Caroline & all staff for a great time. We'll be bk for sure."

"Enjoyed our stay. Hotel needs to update rooms and bathrooms. Towels and sheets had holes and everything looks a little worn. But overall we still enjoyed staying here and loved the pool! Very disappointed in Hotel.com because it shows total charged, and it appears it includes the extra fees but does not. So when checking out of the hotel, it was quite a bit more than expected. I wish they would include all the fees or at least not list them above the total. Because that is not going to be your total! Misleading. Also, disappointed we had to pay an extra $20 for a late check out of one hour. And heads up...the breakfast voucher does not include the buffet!"

"some of the hallways felt a bit dated. The exterior and club room felt a bit dated. i booked a club room for the club lounge access, but, unless the club room is updated, just spring for the regular rooms. Otherwise, the rooms are renovated and the common areas are updated, so that was quite nice. The area is quiet and safe. It is conveniently located 10min away by car from Legacy Hall, and 20-30min away from Plano/Richardson in case you want legit asian food. Overall, great experience!"
