"My first night the toilet didn’t work. I had to fill the tank up from the shower to flush it. The faucet on the sink was completely loose and the towel rack fell down. There was no soap or shampoo. Thankfully I had brought some with me. Second night they changed my room and it seemed fine until I woke up at 2:00am with ants crawling everywhere. "
