"The hotel was great. The facilities and food were fantastic. The staff were amazing and deserve a lot of credit. I am vegan with a dairy allergy and my partner can’t have gluten and they were very attentive to make sure we ate well and created fresh food from scratch when there wasn’t anything we fancied in the buffet. Highly recommended! "

"The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were 1st class, even up to the manager, who takes time to ask guests if there are any problems. The only problem we had was the booking of the specialist restaurants, you were expected to book them via an app, this didn't work, had to argue with reception about booking a meal, after only being 9.30 & 10.00pm, not ideal when you are 75 yrs old, but after speaking to the concierge, who was very helpful and got us earlier times, it is not a problem you need when you arrive on holiday. Hopefully this problem will be sorted out and add to the good hotel / holiday experience "

"The hotel has the most amazing staff, the food is great and the location is just a great peaceful hideout from the city... Highly recommended. We took the cave suite with private pool in june, it was quiet and nice and nearly no one gets near the suite expect for the cleaning lady! Great for our honey moon"

"The property is huge with so much to do! There are many different pools to lay at, bars to get drinks from, a spa, convenience shop, different access points to beaches, and water sports. It is also in walking distance to aother nearby beach and the activities desk is more than helpful when it comes to finding needed transportation as well as excursions. The housekeeping was always on top of keeping our room clean. The food is not the best for dinner but breakfast is always a hit and it is close enough to the city nearby that you can walk into town to many different restaurants."

"Beautiful hotel located midway between Heraklion and Chania. Loved the beach and restaurant. Our room was amazing with our own pool and fireplace in our private outdoor area. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Loved Rethymno's old town which was a short cab drive away. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at Marine Palace, it was easily accessible and we had a 5 month old plus pram in tow, pool selection was great and the food was excellent, lovely choice and highlight was the BBQ by the Sea! Staff were all very helpful and bonus of a WhatsApp number to message if had any problems, the rooms and all outside areas were kept to a very high standard of cleanliness, very impressed. The village of Panormos was only a 7-8 minute walk away, very small but lovely village with bars, restaurants and a few gift shops. Would definitely return!!!"
