Bueno, la estadia estuvo muy chevere es un hotel que rdta ubicado a solo 2 cuadras del centro, del parque principal rojas pinilla, me gusto mucho sus instalaciones. Aunque hay que mejorar mucho el servicio.
El personal es un 50% tosco me sentia regañado cada vez que pedia algo en alimentos y bebidas.
En uno de los desayunos tuve una experiencia fea, y en uno de los almuerzos tambien, es de considerar que tengan mejores proveedores. Y que cambien la actitud de servicio.

Pero enserio debe mejorsr un poco el servicio,by la coordinacion del mismo ya que es bastante desorganizado el servicio al cliente.
en general estuvo bien fue mi primera vez en este hotel pero pues la verdad tenia mas expectativas por la imágenes que presentan; y el costos para lo que encontré se me hizo algo elevado
Mal desde el primer momento que llegue me estaban cobrando 310.000,cuando me habían dicho 250.000 terminaron cobrándome 280.000,el cuarto 305 donde me quede estaba la cisterna rota,pusieron cinta de esterilización y el baño estaba orinado,tuve un accidente ese día en una rodilla y la sabana la unte un poco de sangre pero el recepcionista de ese día va y me dice que le tengo que pagar la sabana, a lo que le respondo que con agua cae, el recepcionista me dice que se la pague o me la descuenta de mi tarjeta de crédito,finalmente me cobro 15.000 por la lavada de la sabana y nunca me entrego recibo, hasta que no le pagara me retuvo las motos que había dejado en el parqueadero de ese hotel.me pareció una falta de respeto y una grosería ese recepcionista,espero no tener que volver a dicho hotel,muy bonito pero mala atención,espero que capaciten el personal que tienen o al menos sepan la gente que contratan ya que los recepcionistas son la primera imagen de un hotel
El problema del hotel es el personal; me pasaron dos cosas: 1) el señor de la recepción quiso cobrarme $38.000 pesos de más, porque supuestamente en la reserva no se incluía el IVA, pero el correo que recibí decía expresamente cuál era el valor que se me cobraría en el establecimiento, el cual correspondía al publicado en la página. Al final su excusa fue que como iba a pagar en efectivo no me cobraría el IVA. Muy mal. 2) Cuando llamé a preguntar si había agua caliente, me dijeron que no, porque eso no se usa en un clima como el de Melgar. Y por favor, cualquier persona que haya viajado al menos una vez a un clima como ese sabe de inmediato que es una excusa de mal gusto. Además, si esa fuera una razón válida, ¿por qué el hotel ofrece sauna y turco? Si la política es no usar agua caliente, lo entiendo, pero no que expongan excusas mediocres.
Del personal fueron muy atentos: el botones, el barman y las personas del restaurante.
De resto, el hotel es muy bueno: las instalaciones son limpias y bonitas, y tiene de todo (jacuzzi, sauna y turco). El desayuno incluido es abundante y rico.
