Villino
Pascoli is a convenient vacation home for carefree stays on the Salento
sea, in Torre dell`Orso, a famous marina of Melendugno along the
Adriatic coast.
The house is just 400 meters from the sea. In summer, all the main services are present in Torre dell`Orso.
The
marina has a beautiful beach with pine forest and the horizon
characterized by two stacks, which a local legend has renamed as "the
two sisters," that make the landscape unique and unmistakable.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Barbecue cannot be used. 
- Air conditioning in the hallway.
