Inside, the entrance leads to an open living space with a sofa, TV, table, chairs, armchairs and a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooker hob, coffee machine and oven. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed (ideal for a child), along with a shared bathroom. Upstairs, the second bedroom opens to a private terrace overlooking the greenery. This floor also includes a third bedroom and another shared bathroom.
