two-room apartments located on the ground floor of the recent Santoro
Apartments complex consist of well-kept, simple rooms equipped with the
essentials to spend a peaceful vacation just minutes from the sea and
the most beautiful cities of Salento.
The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, open kitchen, dining room and TV. The room is air conditioned. From here you move to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom, also equipped with air conditioning.
A large shower room and a balcony complete the apartment.

Santoro Apartments is located in Melendugno, in a very quiet suburban residential area.
With
a short walk you can reach all the main services present in the pretty
little "Honey Town," devoted to St. Niceta to whom the ancient abbey is
dedicated. Near the complex there is a self-service laundry.
Melendugno is famous for its stunning marinas, awarded both the Blue Flag and Legambiente`s 5 Sails each year. The nearest is San Foca, just 7 km away.
The other marinas Torre dell`Orso, Torre Sant`Andrea, Roca Vecchia and Torre Specchia Ruggeri can also be reached by car in about 10 minutes.
The small hamlet of Borgagne, one of the "Authentic Villages of Italy," is also worth visiting.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
