The house boasts two balconies, one on the back with tub and sink and one on the front, a living room furnished with a wall cabinet, a bed that can be opened when needed, an air conditioning system and a TV; kitchenette with oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dining area with wooden tables and chairs.

The accommodation also has two bedrooms, one of which is a double; a bathroom with shower cubicle; a comfortable outdoor space for having meals in peace and a private space at the front for parking a car.

The house, located a few meters from the Garden Park public car park, is about 150 meters from the A&O supermarket and 200 meters from a San Foca Car, Scooter and Bike rental point.

In the commercial area of the town there are clothing shops such as Agarthi Style and typical products such as La bottega del fornaio, a sandwich shop overlooking the sea.
