There was a loud banging noise in our room all night could not sleep and staff walked into our room before our checkout time in the midst of me and my daughter literally changing and then argued with me that I was supposed to be out at 11am although I had picked a 12pm check out it was horrible "

"There is no breakfast. You can't call breakfast to the very few cheap sweet treats the put out. Horrible. Internet is really bad unless you pay more in addition ti what you paid already. There is not enough personal at the reception desk and they keep you waiting for long times. The rooms are poorly clean."

"Ken was awesome! I dont know if I've encountered a better host. The property was perfect for the 6 of us and our 2 small dogs. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for us to all have our own space. The outside just added to our experience. The grill made for a perfect BBQ experience and since Florida's weather was unpredictable we even got to use the fire pit. We are already talking about our next trip!"

"My husband and I had a very nice stay at the jungle mermaid house. The house is very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The leaves on the trees were a challenge because of the cold weather the leaves died on the trees so they fell a lot. All in all we enjoyed the heated pool after going to the beach. "
