I didn’t like there is no office hours and after hours dedicated person staff available at desk. Also, there was no room service available or asked during my stay at 3 nights. Iron not available in room and no landline contact to reception.

Amazingly spacious room for myself and guest. We really enjoyed the beds as they were nice and soft. Loved the provided treats although we didn’t get through the wine.

Easy to get to anywhere from here. Within walking distance to Flinders Street Station with trams outside the door. Rooms are really clean and well maintained, with a small kitchen. No concierge but run by hotel just around the corner. Would have given it five stars, but there were issues with the air conditioning, and the hot water in the shower kept going from scalding hot to cold, which the staff did everything they could to assist with. Would stay here again.

I stayed at 718, the sink blocked, the AC is not working and we moved to 618 , the sink not blocked but the AC is out of order as well and at the same time I meet other guest complaining that the AC is not working

Very old outdated apartment, fridge not working at all, water leaking, towels are dirty. Table lamps not working as well. Bath tub also dirty. Don't recommend it to anyone.

The property was understaffed and I when I arrived with all my bags I was told that I would not be able to check in on time as my room was not ready. I was told to come back later with no indication of how long it would take till the room was ready, other than that it may take hours due to understaffing. I sat on a bench on the street waiting for them to call me with no where to go. It was very stressful. In the end I got a call about half an hour late and was able to go back and check in. Once I was in the rooms were ok, but you could tell they had been cleaned in a rush. The toilet paper roll had a wet patch on it that went right through, the toilet water looked very discoloured and there was a hair on the towels. There was also an empty water bottle on the floor outside my door and bags of rubbish piled up in the hallway. Other than that, the room and bed were comfy and clean.

The ppl cancel it with out any help or support, they charged me n told me to go thru Expedia for a refund n told me to not ring back ever n then she hand up . I was left with no where to go n in the city alone. No remorse or any help after i been trying n waiting patiently for them to let me in the room. N because i asked them why they need my credit card again when they have it. I did everything they asked n still they cancelled my bookings without any r eal issue. Disappointing n hurtful. 😕 I want my full refund back please. 😩

Arrived at 7:30 pm, we requested twin room on our booking, we got a queen bed. We asked if they can change it we were asked to seperate the bed ourselves as they have no housekeeping after 8pm. Housekeeping is the big issue here. When you ask during hours to clean your room, expect it not to bed done.

The studio is a good size with a door to separate the bedroom from living room. A double couch and full size fridge. BUT the air conditioning is very old and on our second day it stopped working. We called for help but no one was available to fix or knew how to fix it. This meant the second night sleep was rough as it was too warm in the room.

Had stayed several times before but has since changed ownership / management. No onsite staff. Like a ghost hotel. Lobby shabby and lack of cleaning in common area and lift. Have to check in around the cutter but steps up to reception. No option to call if any issues as room phone doesn’t work. I stayed in 1015.

The second worst stay Id had in history.
The pre check-in harassment was more than enough to stop me from going back again. Then the unwashed dishes in the dishwasher was a total put off. As if there was not enough, they put the free water next to a bunch of chargeable mini bar items together and leave no price list next to them, the ambiguity was such questionable practice one could not help but wonder if this place is even safe to sleep in. They said you can call reception at anytime in regards to the stay, but calls were never being answered in any remotely prompt manner, not to mention that they don’t actually have their own reception.

We were upgraded to a king room as the Queen room was supposed to have a sofa bed and didn't. The sofa bed in the king room was hard and lumpy. Otherwise the room was beautiful, great views and a bath

an experience not to be repeated again.
No Wifi, known issue but advised after cancelation deadline, phone number listed at Hotels.com disconnected, found other number, sooke with a person who barely spoke english, but who kept insisting Wifi was fixed. upon arrival no wifi, was offered discount. At going to room found out A/C defective. Lots of crappy excuses but no solution. Next day at reception confirmation that they knew A/C was defective, told us later that it was fixed. Unfortunately, was never repaired. Will not consider ever to return.

Arrived at hotel to find the aircon not working properly, it was stuck on 24 degrees celsius and would not budge. T top it off, the ironing board collapsed and there was no kettle in room. I rang the concierge who is around the corner in another hotel, and he arranged for me to get a replacement room in this hotel. Thanks for service Quality Apartment Hotels. And I managed to make it to the concert after all!

I had a wonderful stay. Only thing I’d note is I found it difficult to adjust the shower temperature to a point between boiling and freezing. But other than that I really loved the room. Thank you.

Right in the heart of the shopping centers easy option for trams etc would definitely stay here again and recommend only bad thing was we had no wi-Fi? As building still being refurbished.

Sheets had stains and aircon was not working. Will have hope to see some level of upgrade since Urban apts take over from Somerset. No wifi as well as they just opned
