Big room and it is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is at a fantastic location which is walkable and close to everything. We have been loyal to this hotel even before the renovation. During this stay we felt the only downfall is the front desk. We were not happy with the attitude of the manager when we first got there. Felt judged and didn’t receive a phone call when our room was ready when she promised to do so.

Bar staff not well trained, paid cash and they needed to get a manager to finish the transaction. 20 minutes for a beer with 5 serving and bar not busy

Can’t say enough positive things about our stay …wonderful helpful polite staff, excellent rooms and the buffet breakfast was a lovely adventure each morning. Overall, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again it was effortless.

Service is impeccable. Room is new and super clean, with very comfortable linen, bed and pillows. Definitely 5 stars throughout. Location is very convenient and easily accessible to the trams and buses. Most recommended!

Hotel was newly renovated. Bathrooms were extremely spacious with a completely separate toilet. The entire checkin and checkout process was so efficient and effective. Staff were impeccable. Nothing was left unturned. Well done team Rydges🤗🤗🤗

Amazing property! You can tell a lot of effort and thought went into the refurbishment and oh my gosh the bed was so plush and comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. I didn’t want to get up or out of it in the morning. Will definitely book again

Since my stay I have told many about the exceptional accomodation and facilities within the hotel. The buffet breakfast staff were a little unhelpful with being able to inform what pastries were suitable for my daughter with peanut allergy. Albeit we only stayed 1 night, I would’ve expected 2 towels per person be avail in the room. We do look forward to staying at Ridges again!

My stay at Rydges Melbourne was perfection. The hotel is looking amazing and my room was wonderful, a real sanctuary. The staff were absolutely fantastic, offering the highest levels of hospitality on all levels. Logan, Annie and Summer were stand-outs, they couldn't do enough to help and were absolutely lovely. If you're visiting Melbourne definitely stay at Rydges, you won't regret it and I'll definitely be back!
