We found the apartment to be very comfortable and spacious. They have great amenities such as the pool and laundry. It was so nice to just park and enjoy Melbourne by foot or tram. Very close to many restaurants, shops and Queen Victoria Market. We highly recommend Pegasus Apart hotel.

We stayed at Pegasus Apart'Hotel for eight nights. -Front desk staff:Friendly and helpful. -Room: Studio apartment which was suitable for a couple. Ensuite attached, shower was good. The kitchenette has a gas cooktop, microwave, frying pan, two saucepans, and basic tools and utensils. -Laundry: The laundry is on the first floor. It has washers and dryers which cost $5.00/load. The hotel has sachets of laundry liquid you can purchase at the front desk. I would recommend buying laundry sheets and bringing them with you. -Pool/gym: I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. I used the gym which was well equipped. -Cleanliness: The room was generally very clean. My only issue was with the bed linen, which I think needed better laundering as the quilt was stained. This was likely because it didn’t have a full enclosed cover. I also thought the mattress should have a better cover too given the number of ppl using the bed. -Location: The hotel is within a short walk of Flagstaff station and the Queen Victoria Markets, where you’ll find the number 19 tram. It takes 15-20 minutes walk to get to Bourke Street Mall. - Restaurant: We attended the restaurant attached to the hotel once. The food was okay as was the service. I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

Couldn’t fault the shared spaces including pool, lobby and restaurant. However the room was a little shabby. Bathroom was a bit aged. Couch in 2 bdrm unit was tiny and it made evenings we stayed in pretty uncomfortable.

The property location is excellent, close to both trams and trains. Queen Victoria Market is also just around the corner. Our stay was excellent and the service was really good. The only reason for overall 4 stars is that our two bedroom apartment only had one fan and an AC in the living room. This made the bedrooms feel quite stuffy at times.

The room we received had stains in it everywhere. We complained and got told there wasn’t anywhere else to stay but then got moved to a different room - more clean, less value, no upgrade or added bonus for the hassle. The value for the room was ridiculous - so expensive. I’ve stayed here twice before this and it was a great experience but this time has really put me off.

Great location where everything in CBD is walkable. We have stayed here ten plus times and will return again. Rooms and amenities such as pool and gym are very good. Restaurants nearby as are the Victoria Markets.

The hotel was good, excellent location, clean and in good condition. I recommend this accomodation for anybody who wants to stay in the business district. What was annoying was the cigarette smoke that was coming through the vents almost every night. Even though smoking is not permitted in the rooms, some guests decided to do it in the bathroom. I guess there is not a lot the hotel management could do about that, though.

The hotel was in a convenient area, with easy access to free transport. The one bedroom and den unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our eight day stay. The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was very helpful. Very good food in the restaurant for dinner, but we did not eat there for breakfast.

Great location, and supermarkets nearby, room had everything we needed with kitchen and bathroom. Additional bonus there is a swimming pool, gym and laundry. Only dislike was the room felt dated with the sunset wardrobes, all of the websites show white modern wardrobes.

Well located for the central city. The room furnishings were serviceable and sufficient utensils, cooking facilities and crockery were provided. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and was reasonably quiet. The bathroom was small, but not cramped, although it would have benefited from more shelving beside the basin for personal items. There was a narrow glass shelf but this wasn't really adequate for two people. The shower water pressure was good and hot water always available. There were nice touches like a razor kit, dental kits, ear buds, shower caps etc. Shampoo, conditioner, soaps and towels were regularly replaced as necessary. Housekeeping was very good. Some surprising omissions were - no mattress protector on the bed, no soft close on the toilet seat and no door stop on the wall/floor to prevent damage from the shower door opening too far. The hotel appears popular and was busy but there was never any unreasonable wait for lifts. The pool and gym facilities were well maintained and inviting. All in all good value for money for a mid range property in a very central location.

😊 Booked a 1br apartment for 3 nights and were upgraded to a 2br apartment. About a 5 minute walk to access ‘free zone’ trams. Victoria Markets close by. ☹️Main bedroom only had a hanging rack and foldable luggage rack which may have been ok if only one person in that room. We used the 2nd bedroom to open our luggage. Bedroom space woyld be tricky for more than 2 people.

This property is extremely cute and clean however the neighbours on the nite we stayed we’re arguing and smashing things in ally way .. We had the two bedroom Apartment which was very nice and small but the view from these rooms were terrible and could hear commotion in ally way..

The location is great to Victoria market and public transport. It is a very modern hotel with great amenities. Our room had a view to the Melbourne skyline and looked fantastic at night. It had a restaurant/bar on the ground floor which offered happy hour. We arrived too early for check-in but they had a luggage room we could leave our things until check-in. Very attentive, friendly staff. The hotel does not offer a continental breakfast, though. I felt safe in the hotel at all times. There are coffee shops and eateries within walking distance.

Central to transport, shopping and activities. Amenities in our room were excellent with kitchen facilities. Room was serviced daily. I would have no hesitation in staying again, or, recommending this hotel.
