firstly the lift was out off order for the 6 days that we spent there. Our room had a service shoot out side door contunily woke with the staff using it .there was to much traffic noise from street below even being on 5th floor

I can fully understand your concerns regarding one of our lifts being out of service during your stay, as many of our guests and staff shared your frustrations with this unfortunate situation and the inconvenience it caused. Unfortunately our lift contractor was waiting for a specialist part to be delivered hence the unusually long wait for the lift to be put back into service.
Thankfully, both lifts are now in working order.
