You can’t use the indoor pool
Disappointing as I confirmed that there was an indoor working pool prior to booking only to be told once checked in that we were not allowed to use the indoor pool. This was the only reason why we chose the property for the indoor pool and spa as other properties on have outdoor pools. I also booked 889 Collins Street property but was given 883 Collins street. Our apartment had no coffee table nor outdoor furniture on the balcony so we couldn’t sit out there to enjoy the beautiful view of the water both the Yarra and ocean views. Was told furniture would be delivered the next morning I asked for it to be late morning or 12pm as we were having a very late night and wished to sleep in but the furniture unfortunately did not arrive at all. The pool situation was also supposedly going to be rectified so we could use it but that also did not occur. So over all we were really disappointed. Apartment was clean location is good if going into the City. The ocean water view is beautiful. The location is not very good if you want to be close to the restaurants, Costco, District Docklands, Hoyts etc it is a very far walk. Apartments on the other side are close to those attractions.

The apartment was in a nice area, although we had city view, it was still stunning, overlooking the bridge, water and parts of city. 7 out of 10 for cleanliness. Definitely room for improvement here. We never located a remote control for the TV. Kitchen is well equipped, but lacking basics like salt and pepper and capsules for the Lavazza coffee machine provided. The biggest disappointment was the check in. You have to collect the keys from another although nearby building. The collection of keys is unproblematic, but no one communicated to us that the reception was not in the building. Neither was it easy to figure out what telephone number to call. The tel. Provided on Expedia is simply incorrect. Once we got in touch with the reception, everything went smoothly from there. Staff was great and helpful. We were given a late check out option for $20 and a parking spot for another $20. Location was wonderful, a Woolworth around the corner, a variety of cafes and restaurants. So all in all a good experience. Views were the best feature of the apartment! Loved them

Liked the closeness to the tram Didn’t like that the room hadn’t been cleaned prior to our entry. One single bed was broken, the so called king bed was a round bed and hard as concrete. One of the key fobs wasn’t programmed and we got stuck on the parking garage There was NO ONE to contact for these maintenance issues There was also no info on where the office was to get the keys. Had to ask other people for help - WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAID

The key to the parking lot can only leave from authorized exits, not all exits are authorized. Please read our parking lot guide,Your room is a king-sized round bed. This is a luxurious suite. If you do not like round beds, you can tell us and we will arrange other rooms for you. We told us that the single bed was damaged when you left, but we checked the room before you checked in, and we are not sure who caused it. If you find any damage, you should contact our front desk when you check in.

Totally Inconvenient
$400 bond required, key drop off next day was ridiculous. Had to return the key by 10am but office only opened at 9:30 so half an hour to do so and I needed to go to work at 8am so had to leave work and go back to drop the key off. Could not leave key in the apartment because you couldn’t lock the door from the inside and they had my $400 bond which would be at risk. Won’t be staying again and would not recommend.

Great location and views. Apartment wasn’t the cleanest I’ve been to, and the bedding sheets etc far from good quality, I could see through bottom sheet was so thin.

Great location. Easy communication with location manager. Very clean. Amentities made for comfotable stay. Matresses were very soft which led to a lack of restful sleep. There was only a fitted sheet on the bed, no flat sheet. The duvet was warm enough, but there was no flat sheet. I would have preferred more thickness and weight with the towels that were provided. If the beds were more comfortable this would have been the ideal place to stay in Melbourne.

It’s an apartment; no service to speak of. It’s well maintained but dirty in the predictable places; eg dusty skirting board. Kitchenette is sparse. Beds with creaky springs. Location is super convenient into CBD and a big supermarket, but otherwise quite dead.

Very disappointed in the 2 bedroom apartment and hence we did not stay.. The kitchen had dirty dishes in the dishwasher, food crumbs all over, the stove was not clean, there was opened milk and coffee, cupboards were very greasy, the carpets were all stained and had an odour which I believe was pet urine, the beds only had a bottom sheet and doona with cover, poor quality mattress not even a 3 star hotel type, bathroom had opened and used toiletries. I have travelled extensively and even in a 3rd world country the rooms are cleaner. Very disappointed in the unit we booked. Left immediately.

This is a false comment, the customer is unable to reach the hotel and asks for a free cancellation. This does not comply with the booking policy, the customer does not accept check-in and does not accept cancellation fees. After communicating with the booking platform, we cancel the customer order for free.

Wonderful position with great views all the way to the bay. Very spacious for a family of four adults. Full kitchen, Free Inner Melbourne Tram stop right out the front. Worth coming to stay I think its a great price for inner city Melbourne with a hop skip and jump to Marvel stadium so would be great for event weekends.

Beds & bedding were old and uncomfortable. Couch & beds were way to low to the ground, if a person had limited mobility they would have trouble getting off the couch and out of the beds.

This apartment has awesome views and I had no issues with contacting the accommodation. There is also the free tram zone out the front and a supermarket across the road and DFO is on a short walk away.

The property did not deliver on what was promised eg: harbour views, smart tv. Elite condominium it wasnt! More like a barely acceptable hotel room. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable and there was a major leak in the master bathroom, wetting bedroom carpet and my possessions in the process.

Location at Docklands couldn’t be better. Jump straight in the free tram or walk into town. Woolworths 100 meters away. From our apartment on the 16th floor, looking towards the Marvel Stadium, the views couldn’t be better. Well thought out apartment, loved it!

Bedding is the cheapest they could buy and they only have a China number strange for an Australian company. Very hard to contact and a 3:30pm checkin time - hope your flight is not an early one.

Fabulous location, clean and sufficient. Love the personal touches of shampoo, conditioner and body soap in dispensers already. Easy checkin for keys and very helpful to deal with. Gave late check out for a couple hours. Kids loved the pool and parking was an added bonus.

Communication and apartment itself very bad
We had to make multiple phone calls to get in contact to get the keys which meant checking in really late on the day after many phone calls contacting Taiwan, Expedia and being disconnected multiple times and starting all over again, a very stressful experience. The apartment itself lacking quite a few things, beds and pillows not comfortable at all and not enough towels for the 4 of us. Oven hasn't even been plugged in yet so couldn't get that going. The Pool and spa bits were nice and public transport runs straight the property which is handy.

Comfortable night stay
The Apartment was new, location was good as you could get a short free tram into the city, a supermarket across the road was very convenient but apart from that there was anything really to do there so we went into the city. Couldnt get in contact with agent until that morning even though it says at least 24 hours after hours of trying the day before. Comfortable not big apartment if you just need drinks and a 2 bedroom quiet stay its pretty good.

Great location but poor care to detail
Location wise this apartment was excellent but that's where it ended. After check in we discovered that the following basic items were non existent: no hand soap in the bathroom, no hand towel in the bathroom, no tea towel in the kitchen, no washing powder for the washing machine, no dryer for washing or clothes rack to accommodate wet washing, limited amount of shower gel (which ran out on the third day), a tiny bar refrigerator which did not adequately allow for any frozen foods to be kept appropriately, two used and dirty sink cloths and one worn and used scourer. The cleanliness of the cooking area was lacking. That night we purchased hand soap, tea towels, soap powder and pegs as we utilised coathangers to dry clothing, chux cloths and a hand towel. Given that we paid in excess of $1800.00 for our accommodation it would be fair to say that we expected at least some basic provisions. These issues are of course fixable.

Outrageous Experience
In the check-in procedure it wrote "Contact the hotel 24 hours prior for check-in arrangement". The only available contact method on Expedia is a phone number with a Taiwan country code, where this is an Australian property! Called 20+ times there's nobody picking up. Called Expedia hotline instead and received an alternate contact method of a gmail email address, from the email address it seems the staff is called "William". Zero response on email and phone after check in time. The property doesn't have a front desk or door-staff so there's nobody you can reach for help. I solved the problem by wandering around the property and asking everyone I see "If you happen to know a William that manages room here". Finally I found a guy that happens to know THE William, and kind enough to give me an Australian mobile number so that I can reach him. The whole Check-in progress took me 2 hours of asking around. Expedia failed to censor the quality of the properties they sell, for - 1. Incorrect property contact method 2. Zero-Response from the property thought-out the entry stay Thank god I didn't get arrested for loitering. Won't recommend anyone to stay in this property.
