Told we could park out front of hotel as limited onsite parking. Out front of hotel was 3-hour parking and meant you had to purchase parking tickets, not allowing you to be absent from area for longer than 3 hours. No other parking affiliated with hotel. Arrived at 2pm for check in, to be told room not ready, ended up in another room. First morning housekeeping, bed sheets were disheveled under Duna cover. Had letter stating limited housekeeping New Year's Day, unless prebooked day before by 5pm which we did. No housekeeping provided, staff unaware we enquired, still have printed notice. We requested clean towels and was given the run around for 90 minutes before the 3rd staff member spoken with finally arrived with linen. This was not a pleasant experience, we left very early due to disappointment.
