Arrived well before check in time, our flight arrived at 8am so i called from the airport to ask about early check in as check in was at 2pm.i was told our room was ready to go. Walking distance to the shops, crown and convention centre. Place was clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

The staff was extremely helpful especially Jonathon. The location was very good. The noise in the room was very bad as window seal is gone. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The main bedroom was the worst for noise.

Purpose of this stay was due to daughter’s swimming competition nearby for 3 days in a row morning & afternoon sessions everyday. Location and washing machine & dryer both were the main things to decide to stay at this property. Room 1701 West has lock problem with their washing machine and therefore could not use the machine. This problem has been a while according to their maintenance, they should not rent this room out or replace it urgently. Ended up going to coin laundry everyday, wasting time for the already very limited precious rest time. Even the management ignored the email complaint. Solutions provided by their manager also not sorting the problem.

Imagine Marco had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Beds comfortable and nice hot shower. Woolies metro, BWS and coffee shop over the road were great! We walked a lot.. but easy access to Southbank Promenade and city. We felt safe at all times and easy Uber ride to and from airport. Love you Melbourne xx

I was only there for one night and had asked when booking for a balcony with a lovely view which they kindly gave me- thank you. I enjoyed the 180’ view giving me sunset and sunrise :) (note once you open the door to the balcony the traffic noise is bad - but when closed there is no traffic noise inside) The room was well appointed and the front desk staff very pleasant and accommodating Cheers

The apartments are like they were architecturally designed by a nine year old with a crayon; the spaces are poorly designed and a bit rough around the edges. We had a fridge were the temperature outside was colder than the maximum setting of the fridge. The shower drains a small dam every time you have a shower- no water saving here. Location is fine with supermarket next door. If you hate road noise don’t stay here, the freeways go all night and so do the trucks. There is no room cleaning and don’t expect there to be anyone at reception in the evening or on the weekend. In all an OK place to stay if there is nowhere else.

The room was really good but as there was no blanket in the bed and no blankets in the room at all, it was cold (even though it was summer). Also, was told there was parking onsite but in fact it was 7 minute walk away from hotel

Very nice staff, so close to Woolworths! only 10 minutes to the centre of the Southbank. Very good location, you do not need a car ;)

The staff was very helpful when my wife and kids arrived early they were happy to check us in an available room. Unfortunately, we were checked into a room that wasn't clean properly and was infested by cockroaches they were in cupboards, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The next morning I went to the front desk and they gave me another room. Not sure I'm comfortable to recommend to others.

The location was great for the activities we had planned The apartment was missing crockery and cutlery and needed a good vacum there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher which had a bad odour. The aircon in the second room was about 5c cooler than the rest of the apartment and despite being reported to the front desk was not fixed.

Excellent facilities for a short stay. Full kitchen. Washing machine. Road noise criticism by others seems mad . You're in a big city. We watched TV and slept well so no issues for us. Reception staff were lovely

Bedrooms very small, barely enough room to walk around the bed. Living area space was good but one cushion had extremly bad smell. A bit grubby generally carpets etc. Could do with a deep clean and paint. Quite noisey from adjacent motorway. Location was very good.

We found the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, well presented with excellent amenities. It was a lot more spacious than we were expecting. The carpet could do with a freshen up though. The pool was fabulous. Would happily stay there again.

Pre booking for parking is required, which it's not mentioned at all. Stayed for 5 nights, but missed house keeping for 3 nights and blanket sheet for last night. Apartment could've been maintained better, looks a bit old now. Otherwise, location is reasonable within walking distance to CBD.

Told we could park out front of hotel as limited onsite parking. Out front of hotel was 3-hour parking and meant you had to purchase parking tickets, not allowing you to be absent from area for longer than 3 hours. No other parking affiliated with hotel. Arrived at 2pm for check in, to be told room not ready, ended up in another room. First morning housekeeping, bed sheets were disheveled under Duna cover. Had letter stating limited housekeeping New Year's Day, unless prebooked day before by 5pm which we did. No housekeeping provided, staff unaware we enquired, still have printed notice. We requested clean towels and was given the run around for 90 minutes before the 3rd staff member spoken with finally arrived with linen. This was not a pleasant experience, we left very early due to disappointment.

The staff went above and beyond making it an enjoyable stay. Inside the rooms are clean however the hotel starting to look a bit tired. With that being said, we would definitely stay here again for the price. It was a fantastic option.

I live near this property and booked 2 rooms for family who were visiting. From the second I checked in you could tell who had been working there the longest and who was newer, just by the attitude on some. You get a pretty frosting reception from some with very short answers to questions. Just lucky I didn’t need much interaction with that one ‘jaded’ person. If they don’t like their job then they should find another job. The apartments themselves are quite suitable with all the amenities and great location. It’s just a shame how a lot of guests are trash and leave their empty alcohol bottles, garbage, and even a soiled nappy on the ground. There should be someone going around collecting their guests trash.
